We had a nice group of 10 meet at 7:30AM at the Palmyra Wetland Nature Trail Loop on the west side of Palmyra. If you haven't been there it is a great natural area at the east on of the Aqueduct Park. Members: Lyn, Steve and Lori, Holly, Kevin, Allyn, Steve and Linda. We also had two visitors Kelly and Andy. Eight members (Steve & Lori, Leslie, Allyn, Inga, Carol, Linda and I) enjoyed a nice day with usual more birds heard than seen. Acadian Flycatcher were heard in two locations and Ovenbirds were regular vocalists but invisible. But 30 species on a July day isn't too bad. Friends, Eaton Birding Society's Canadice Lake South Trail Field Trip was well attended with 10 members attending: Steve and Lori V., Steve and Linda B.
